The Fyn Negroni

This aromatic, bitter and herbal concoction with a hint of fruitiness can be enjoyed year-round and works particularly well with Fynoderee Winter Gin - and it couldn’t be easier to make at home!

The Negroni is a popular Italian cocktail enjoyed as an aperitif before dinner, preferably sitting ‘al fresco’ on a warm summer’s evening in a picturesque leafy square watching the world go by… (Sigh… oh well, maybe next year!)

Ernest Hemingway was a famous fan of the Negroni which (in the absence of Italian plazas) makes a great accompaniment to a quiet evening reading a good book.

Per Serving

25ml Fynoderee Manx Dry Gin – Winter Edition
25ml Sweet Vermouth
25ml Campari
Ice
Mixing glass or jug
Rocks glass
Orange to garnish

Preparation

Add the Fyn, Vermouth and Campari to a mixing glass or jug with some ice and it give a good stir (for some true Fyn flair use a Twisted Copper Cocktail Mixing Spoon).
Pour into a rocks glass over ice.
Add a twist of orange peel or a full orange slice if preferred. A slice of Paula's Kitchen Orange Dehydrated Garnish would also do the trick!
