The Manx Mule

Made famous during our TT appearance at Bushy's in 2019, The Manx Mule is a uniquely Isle of Man twist on a classic Moscow Mule, featuring The Fynoderee Distillery's Bumbee Vodka.

Per Serving

• 50cl Fynoderee Bumbee Vodka
• Ginger Beer
• Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
• Dash of Angustora Biters
• Fresh or dehydrated lime slices
• Fresh Mint
• Ice

Preparation

1. Pour Fynoderee Bumbee Vodka into tumbler, pre-filled with ice
2. Top up Ginger Beer
3. Add a large squeeze of fresh lime and a dash of Angustora Bitters
4. Garnish with lime slices and a sprig of fresh mint
