50cl Fynoderee Manx Bumbee Vodka
Dash of Angustora Biters
Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Lime Wedges or Paula's Kitchen LIME Dehydrated Garnish
Fresh Mint
Ice
Hammered Copper Tumbler

Preparation

Measure 50cl Fynoderee Manx Bumbee Vodka
Pour into a Hammered Copper Tumbler, pre-filled with ice
Top up with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Add a large squeeze of fresh lime and a dash of Angustora Bitters
Garnish with lime wedges (or a slice or two of Paula's Kitchen LIME Dehydrated Garnish) and a sprig of fresh mint
