FALL IN LOVE with Y Chree* - our Strawberry Gin Sour featuring the delicious Fynoderee Manx Dry Gin - Summer Edition

Per Serving

• 50ml Fynoderee Manx Dry Gin – Summer Edition
• Juice of half a large lemon (freshly squeezed)
• 1tsp sugar syrup (make your own by mixing white sugar and hot water in 1:1 ratio)
• 3 whole strawberries chopped (green bits off!)
• 1 extra strawberry to garnish
• 1 whole egg white
• Cocktail shaker
• Ice cubes
• Pretty coupette glass(es)

Preparation

1. Add everything to the cocktail shaker making sure there is enough room to shake vigorously (shaking chills everything down and makes the egg white fluffy).
2. Strain into glass(es)
3. Garnish with a strawberry
