We are delighted to be offering tours of The Fynoderee Distillery daily at 2pm during TT Fortnight (excluding Mad Sunday).

First we will serve you a ‘Fyn & Tonic’ on arrival at The Fyn Bar (or an alternative beverage/ soft drink of your choice) and then we’ll take you on a tour of our award-winning Manx Distillery to see where the magic happens…

• LEARN... about the folklore and history behind The Fynoderee Distillery - and how our Co-Founders Paul and Tiffany Kerruish went from making 'Winter' gin in their garage at home in Ramsey, to running the largest Isle of Man Distillery which now exports throughout the British Isles and as far away as Hong Kong
• HEAR... about the processes we use to craft our premium Fynoderee Manx Dry Gins, Manx Bumbee Vodka and Glashtyn Spiced Manx Rum
• SEE... the unusual range of stills used to produce our mythical Manx spirits
• DISCOVER... our plans for the Isle of Man's first commercial Single Manx Malt Whiskey programme
• TASTE... five of our premium Manx spirits, along with our recommended Fever-Tree mixers and 'perfect serve' garnishes
