The Moongazer

Inspired by Isle of Man moongazing hares, this ethereal cocktail is like a full moon in a glass and is The Fynoderee Distillery’s take on the classic 'White Lady'.

Zingy and silky smooth, perfect for a late night wrapped up warm on your patio staring at the moon. 

Per Serving

• 50ml Fynoderee Winter Gin
• 30ml Cointreau
• Juice of 1 small lemon (30ml)
• 1 Egg White
• Cocktail Shaker
  

Preparation

1. Half fill the cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the ingredients
2. Give it a good shake and strain in to an elegant coupette or martini glass
3. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
