The Green Mann

The Green Mann is a leafy gentleman and legendary pagan god who roams the woodlands. He is usually depicted as a horned man peering out of a mask of foliage, usually the sacred oak. He represents the spirit of vegetation which returns to the Earth in Spring and flourishes in Summer.

This refreshing and easy cocktail can be made in a large jug if you have a few people in your house – just multiply the amounts below by the number of servings you want to make!

Per Serving

• 30ml Fynoderee Spring Gin
• 20ml St Germain* (elderflower liqueur)*
• Juice of 1 lime (20ml)
• 20ml Apple Juice
• Chopped Cucumber
• Mint Leaves
• Sliced Apple
• Ice Cubes

*If you don’t have St-Germain at home, you can increase the amount of Fynoderee Spring Gin to 50ml and use elderflower tonic or elderflower cordial instead

Preparation

1. Fill a tall glass with ice
2. Add the chopped cucumber, mint leaves and sliced apple
3. Measure out and pour over the liquid ingredients
4. Give it a good stir
