Royal Rhumsaa Mojito

A Fyn Bar favourite, this cocktail blends fresh mint and lime with the warm depth of Fynoderee Spiced Rum, finished with a splash of Prosecco for a refreshing, elevated take on a classic. 

Per Serving

• 50ml Fynoderee Spiced Rum
• Juice of 1 lime (25ml)
• 2 tps of Brown Sugar
• Handful of Fresh Mint
• Prosecco or Champagne 
• Lime wedge 

Preparation

1. Add Fynoderee Spiced Rum, Lime Juice and Brown Sugar to a glass, and mix well to dissolve the sugar
2. Add in the mint and ice and churn
3. Top up with Prosecco or Champagne 
4. Garnish with lime and a spring of mint
