Step “behind the scenes” for an engaging tour and tasting at The Fynoderee Distillery, home of the Spirits of Mann.

Enjoy a refreshing “Fyn & Tonic” on arrival before learning all about the beginnings of our distillery, the fascinating Manx folklore that has inspired our name, our artwork and our ethos.

Next, we will delve into the distillery warehouse itself where you will “meet the stills” and learn about the craft processes involved in making and bottling our award-winning spirits range.

Afterwards, we will retire to The Fyn Bar for a tutored tasting from our range of Gins, Vodka and Spiced Rum where you will also be able to browse the shop shelf for some treats to take home.

Extra Information 

Please note that The Fynoderee Distillery is a working distillery and sensible footwear is advised. At certain times of year, the warehouse can get chilly, so please ensure you have a warm layer with you. 

• Drivers: If you are Driving then we will substitute your “Arrival Fyn & Tonic” and the Tutored Sampling with 2 x 5cl Fyniature bottles to take home. 
• Children & under 18s: 1 child/young person can accompany an adult on the Tour FOC
• Accessibility:  We are very sorry that our premises are not currently fully wheelchair accessible, and our standard tours will commence on the Mezzanine (first floor) of The Fyn Bar.  We can make private arrangements for an accessible tour if needed, however, please note our bathroom facilities are not wheelchair accessible.
• Cancellation: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. • Travel & Parking: The Plaza car park is next door to The Fynoderee Distillery. 

We are also situated next door to the Manx Electric Railway station and very nearby to the bus station so there are many ways to get to us without a car!
