Strawberry Kiss 

A light, refreshing summer cocktail combining Fynoderee Summer Gin with sweet strawberry, zesty lemon and a splash of Prosecco. 

Per Serving

• 25ml Fynoderee Summer Gin
• 15ml Strawberry Purée or Strawberry Jam
• Juice of 1/2 lemon (15ml)
  
• 10ml sugar syrup (1:1 white sugar and hot water)
• Prosecco

Preparation 

1. Add Fynoderee Summer Gin, strawberry purée, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously
2. Strain into a glass
3. Top up with Prosecco
