It’s taken us months to perfect this concoction, but we’re delighted to finally unveil the latest addition to our range of mythic Manx spirits...
"Glashtyn Spiced Manx Rum" is made right here at The Fynoderee Distillery in Ramsey and you can be the first in the world to try it at our celebration evening!
Enjoy four different Glashtyn Spiced Manx Rum Cocktails along with food from Fire & Ice who are going all Caribbean for the evening (well it is rum!), and hear all about how we have created a new, entirely Manx made rum using premium grade, unrefined and organically produced panela sugar cane from the rainforests of Colombia.
While our white rum starts its aging process in wooden casks in our barrel room, we have used our experience as Gin distillers to produce a unique Manx Spiced Rum that is ready to enjoy right now!
And who or what is a Glashtyn..? All will be revealed about this eerie aquatic character from Manx folklore on the night!
We'll also have live music featuring some traditional Manx maritime tunes and songs to get us all in the sea-faring spirit!
