Shake off the winter chill and step into our world this December at The Fynoderee Distillery, Ramsey, for a festive dining experiences with real Manx spirit.

Throughout the month, we’re super excited to be partnering up with two completely different wonderful local culinary geniuses for Fyntastic seasonal feasts, pizzas, cocktails, and more… Filbey’s and The Parish Pantry!

Fyn & Filbey’s Festive à la Carte

Serving up their top-notch dishes directly from the Food Shack.

Turkey, ham & sliced pigs in blankets in a festive white wine & leek sauce topped with mash potato

Duck Breast £22
Duck breast served with mash potato & a strawberry & orange sauce

Hake Steak £24
Pan seared hake steak served on a bed of mash potato & asparagus with a crab & lemon butter

Seafood Gratin £18
King prawn, cod, haddock & salmon cooked in a rich white wine, spinach, pea & cream sauce topped with breadcrumbs & cheese

Vegetable Cottage Pie £15
A mix of parsnips, carrots, suede, lentils, tomatoes, cabbage, peppers & asparagus topped with sauté potatoes & applewood smoked cheese

All main courses come with a selection of seasonal vegetables

Pan Fried Chorizo with Manx Honey and Mulled wine served with Homemade Foccacia £5.50

Garlic Knots – (4 pieces) Made with our signature dough and served with a rich tomato and chilli dip £4
