Fall in Love with Y Chree* - our Strawberry Gin Sour featuring the delicious Fynoderee Summer Gin

Per Serving

• 50ml Fynoderee Summer Gin 
• Juice of half a large lemon (15ml)
• 1tsp sugar syrup (1:1 white sugar and hot water)
• 3 chopped strawberries 
• 1 extra strawberry to garnish
• 1 whole egg white
  
• Ice cubes
  

Method

1. Add everything to the cocktail shaker making sure there is enough room to shake vigorously (shaking chills everything down and makes the egg white fluffy).
2. Strain into a glass
3. Garnish with a strawberry
