If (for whatever reason) you are not able to consume alcohol on the day of your visit, you will have a choice of two soft/hot drinks and receive a single 4cl "Fyniature" bottle of our spirits to take home with you to enjoy later.
Babies in slings are free of charge. Sorry but no prams are permitted inside the Distillery for safety reasons.
Children aged 10+ years of age and teenagers are welcome to attend tours when accompanied by adults, but they will not be allowed to sample or consume any alcohol!
They will be offered two soft drinks instead and their allocation of Fyn will be provided to the adult in attendance with them in the form of a single 4cl "Fyniature" bottle (x1 Fyniature per non-drinking minor).
The Fynoderee Distillery is a working warehouse environment, so please dress appropriately, and in the cooler months bring a warm layer!
Our premises are all on one level and suitable for wheelchair access, but we do not have a disabled toilet.
Various Disabled Toilets are available elsewhere in Ramsey.
The Fynoderee Distillery is located on Parsonage Road, Ramsey next to the Plaza car park and is a short walking distance from the Albert Road, Market Square and St Pauls Square car parks.
The nearest bus stop is just down the road, outside the old Britannia Hotel on Waterloo Road.
The Manx Electric Railway Ramsey terminus is immediately opposite the entrance to The Fyn Bar & Shop.
If you would like a Bespoke Tour Experience for your group of friends, family or work colleagues - or for a large coach/ touring party - we can offer our Tour of The Fynoderee Distillery experience (or a customised version of this) for a minimum of 12 people.
Please email bookings@fynoderee.com with the details of your group, and when you would like to visit, and we will check availability and make arrangements.
After your tour you are very welcome to browse The Fyn Shop and to enjoy further drinks or Fyntastic Cocktails in The Fyn Bar.
If you're likely to feel peckish, you could pre-order a Manx Mezze Plate, featuring delicious local produce, to enjoy before or after your tour (subject to our Opening & Serving Hours). (Sorry, but Manx Mezze Plates are not available during TT fortnight or Manx Grand Prix).
To guarantee a place to sit, please Book a Table commencing 1.5 hours after the start of your tour. (Sorry, but table reservations are not available during TT fortnight or Manx Grand Prix).
And if your party is looking for the ultimate Fyn day out, you could book the Fyn Bar for a Private Party.
We are sorry but in the event of a cancellation we may be unable to offer a refund. This will depend on the timing of your cancellation and the ability to refill your space.
