L’aal Pherick Sonney Diu! / Happy St Patrick’s Day!

L’aal Pherick Sonney Diu! / Happy St Patrick’s Day!

Our Head Mixologist, Ryan has been out this morning on his family farm in Maughold collecting Wood Sorrel.

Often confused with the Shamrock, Wood Sorrel (aka Fairy Bells) is an edible wild plant that appears around this time of year.

It has a bitter lemon flavour and will be making an appearance as a decoration on one of our cocktails at this evening’s St Patrick’s Day celebration at The Fyn Bar

Have a great evening however you’re celebrating this eve!
