Over TT week, we’re playing host to an amazing line-up of musicians performing live at The Fyn Bar & Shop on selected dates!
On Tuesday 7th June, we are delighted to be welcoming talented local musicians Elizabeth Davidson-Blythe (Fiddle) & Daniel Quayle (Irish Bouzouki) for an enchanted evening of their beautiful Celtic-inspired music and performance.
We’ll be welcoming walk-ins during TT fortnight, but to guarantee a comfy seat please Book a Table.
Boston born fiddler Elizabeth Davidson-Blythe and Daniel Quayle of Onchan, Isle of Man were brought together in early 2020 by Edinburgh’s rich traditional music scene, and continued playing together in the Isle of Man throughout the following year.
They draw their musical inspiration from several Celtic traditions, including Irish and Manx music, as well as music from further afield in Estonia, Canada and the United States of America.
In 2021, they travelled to France and Estonia, where they performed at notable festivals and venues including Viljandi Folk Music Festival, Mooste Elohelü, Võro-Seto Noortefest and Philly Joe’s Jazz Club to name but a few.
Their debut singles, Daybreak and Tasmania, were released in late 2021 and are available on all major streaming services and digital music stores. Their debut album will be released in October 2022.
