Like so many in our Island community, we’ve been watching the tragic events in Ukraine unfold with heavy hearts.
So this weekend – and for the rest of March – we’ll be supporting Ukraine with a brand new creation from The Fyn Bar: the Sunflower.
Made using our Elder Shee* Manx Dry Gin with elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon and absinthe spritz, Sunflower is a zesty, bold cocktail that celebrates courage and peace.
*In Manx, the word ‘Shee’ means both fairy and peace.
For every Sunflower sipped we’ll be donating half of the price to the Disasters Emergency Committee, getting help to the people of Ukraine where it’s needed most.
