New Distiller, New Distillery Premises and New Distilling Equipment

Rusty Figgins, our new Master Distiller is out of his 14 days self isolation and getting stuck in at The Fynoderee Distillery!

We’re still waiting for our Figgins Reciprocator still system to arrive, but in the meantime we’ve been keeping Rusty very busy with:

a creative brainstorm with Fynoderee’s artistic muse Julia Ashby Smyth;
crafting our first ever Manx Sloe Gin; and
the unboxing of our new 2000 litre iStill (do you remember that big mystery box in September?)

Our new distillery premises in Ramsey will bring together the very best of ancient tradition and cutting edge innovation.
