We do so love our little distillery cocktail bar very much and from the reviews we regularly receive through our booking system ‘Res Diary’ so do the very many visitors who tell us how much they love the atmosphere, the table service and how friendly our team are.
The Fyn Bar is where you can enjoy our entire range of spirits, either as a ‘perfect serve’ or in a feature cocktail as well as chat to our staff about how we make our different gins, rum and vodka…
You can even glimpse through in to the distillery itself through the window, providing a cocktail experience like no other on the Island! There’s something for everyone on our menu including the best of local and craft beers, wines, fizz and mocktails.
Ryan our Head 'Fynologist' and Fyn Bar Manager is devising a new cocktail menu for the festive season which promises to be exceptionally delicious… and we are pleased to say that we will be continuing with our Mezze Plates going forwards too. We have sadly lost a couple of key local food suppliers, but we still intend to work with local food producers wherever we possibly can on these.
We are busy devising some Thursday Event Nights to brighten up the darkening months… These always sell out fast and to be the first ‘in the know’, you can sign up to our Fyn Fan Newsletters as we always notify our Fyn Fans first!
Our Cocktail Classes with Ryan are proving to be a popular addition to our Fyn Bar offering and these are set to continue – such a great way to enjoy a Friday or Saturday afternoon with friends or colleagues!
Also…Did you know that you can hire the Mezzanine floor of The Fyn bar for a private group for 35-40 people? Entire Fyn Bar bookings are also available for up to 70 guests, subject to available dates.
