2021 was quite something wasn’t it?

Our Distillery Shop & Bar received its gorgeous finishing touches, ready for a raft of spirited event nights.
We unveiled Elder Shee Manx Dry Gin, a brand new elderflower-infused enchantment conjured for Craft Gin Club, the UK’s No. 1 subscription for gin lovers.
After many months perfecting the recipe, yet another fresh spirit emerged from the depths in the form of Glashtyn Spiced Manx Rum: our entirely Manx fermented and distilled spiced rum made with organic Colombian Panela.
As for what lies ahead in 2022? Well… predictions are a whiskey business.

The Fyn Bar & Shop are now closed for a little break. But fear not, Fyn Fans — our doors will open again for expertly mixed Fyn & Tonics and cocktails from Thursday 20th January 2022.
