A Taste of Fyn

Fynoderee Manx Bumbee Vodka - Crafted by redistilling high quality grain spirit with the tiniest touch of pure Manx honey from the north of the Isle of Man. Velvety soft on the palate with a smooth, creamy finish, it can be sipped neat, leaving a warm, fuzzy feeling inside. Great with Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water and wedges of lime.

Fynoderee Manx Dry Gin - RNLI Edition Gin has been created in partnership with the RNLI to raise funds and commemorate 200 years since the Institution was founded on the Isle of Man.

This crisp aromatic Manx Dry Gin is packed full of aromatic juniper with pine and lemon zest notes on the nose, opening out to herbaceous fennel and coriander with soft, spicy complexity from nutmeg, orris and cardamom.

A whisper of the sea comes from a touch of sugar kelp added for its mineral rich umami note that leaves a long, clean finish that’s as invigorating as the Irish Sea itself.

Enjoy with Mediterranean Tonic and garnish with either pink grapefruit or strawberries.

Fynoderee Manx Dry Gin - Summer Edition - Our ode to the lost Manx tradition of Summer Tea Dances, where young couples would meet and fall in love. Distilled with fresh Manx strawberries, handpicked in the sunny north of the Isle of Man, ripe fruit flavours give way to juniper, coriander and citrus tones with a creamy smooth vanilla finish. Best served with Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water (or Aromatic Tonic Water) and garnished with slices of strawberry, cucumber or raspberries.

Fynoderee Glashtyn Spiced Manx Rum - is made from organic Colombian Panela, a sustainably farmed and completely unrefined cane sugar.

Made from scratch on the Isle of Man (brewed, fermented, distilled and bottled), Glashtyn Spiced Manx Rum has been perfected over many months, with a rich and potent recipe featuring Madagascan vanilla, spiced with dried fruit, ginger and cassia, with peppery aniseed notes of hand foraged Manx Alexander seed.
