A Taste of Fyn

• Signature Gin (43% ABV) - Juniper, pine and citrus flavours balanced with fennel, soft spices and a touch of sea-kelp for a clean, rich umami finish.
• Summer Gin (43% ABV) - Distilled with Isle of Man strawberries. Ripe fruit flavours give way to juniper, coriander and citrus tones with a creamy vanilla finish. 
• Spiced Rum (40% ABV) - made from organic Colombian Panela. Rich and flavourful. Spiced with vanilla, dark fruit, fresh ginger, cassia and hand foraged Isle of Man Alexander seed.   
• Vodka (40% ABV) - Crafted by redistilling high quality grain spirit with a touch of pure Isle of Man honey. Velvety soft on the palate with a smooth, creamy finish.
