A celebration of our Island's many tangled tales of the mythical faeries who reside deep within the roots of the magical "Tramman" - the Manx word for Elder Tree. In Manx Gaelic, the word "Shee" means both faerie and peace.
No Manx person would dare cut down an elder tree for fear of angering the fae folk, which is why the Island enjoys such a glorious bloom of elderflowers in the summer months.
Elder Shee gin is distilled with hand foraged elderflower, bringing heady floral notes that give way to the citrus tang of pink grapefruit and lemon, and herbal aromatics of lemon thyme and rosemary. Delightfully moreish on the finish, with a bright burst of sweet citrus.
Perfect Serve: Elderflower Tonic Water and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
