Made just once a year, we hand-pick Isle of Man sloes at their peak before gently steeping them for five months in our Winter Gin. The result is a rich, luxurious liqueur bursting with vibrant berry flavours and delicate notes of cherry, almond and warming winter spice.
The label is exquisitely illustrated by Julia Ashby Smyth, and features our spiky "Frost Faerie" a character inspired by the local myths and rich folklore of the Isle of Man.
