Manx Bramble

A zesty, warming winter-spiced cocktail crafted with Fynoderee Winter Gin and enriched with a drizzle of Fynoderee Sloe Gin.

Per Serving

• 50ml Fynoderee Winter Gin
• Juice of 1 small lemon (25ml)
• 15ml sugar syrup (1:1 white sugar and hot water)
• Drizzle of Fynoderee Sloe Gin
• Blackberry & lemon slize (to garnish)

Preparation

1. Half fill the cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the ingredients
2. Give it a good shake and strain in to a tumbler glass filled with ice
3. Add a drizzzle of Sloe Gin on on top
4. Garnish with a blackberry and lemon slice
