This Easter, we’re going all-out at The Fyn Bar, Ramsey with tantalising tipples and an exquisite three-course menu, served up by our foodie friends at Filbey’s.

Local salmon cured in Fynoderee RNLI gin served with beetroot & cauliflower purees, toasted ciabatta & a mixed salad

Pan fried succulent King prawns cooked with peppers, onions & tomatoes in a sweet chilli sauce, served with garlic toast
Goat’s Cheese Tart £9
Pastry tart filled with chopped figs, honey & fresh mint topped with baked goat’s cheese, served with mixed salad & a mint pesto
Crispy Chicken Wings £9
Chicken wings marinated in buttermilk & our blend of mild spices, finished with our deliciously crispy coating, served with a lemon & herb chilli sauce topped with natural yoghurt & fresh coriander

Toasted ciabatta topped with mushrooms & spinach in a creamy sauce, finished with feta & pine nuts with a pesto drizzle

Slices of sirloin steak, pan-fried with King prawns in a garlic butter

Our fish of the day, pan seared, served on a bed of mashed potato with a lemon, caper, scallop & samphire butter
