Fynoderee Isle of Man Gin captures the invigorating spirit of our enchanted Island in a 'signature' expression celebrating our green hills and sparkling seas.

Crisp aromatic juniper leads to pine and lemon zest notes opening to herbaceous fennel, orris and coriander leading to soft, spicy complexity from nutmeg, liquorice, cubeb peppers and green cardamom. A whisper of the Irish Sea comes from a delicate touch of sugar kelp, which brings a mineral rich umami note with a lingering clean finish. 

The Perfect Serve

Serve over ice with a Mediterranean style tonic water and garnish with pink grapefruit or strawberries.
