Sales Manager (Group level)

We are looking for an inquisitive and commercial person to drive our sales efforts, primarily expanding our presence in the UK across our businesses.  The person must be consistent and confident in delivering a sales pitch and attack every day with energy.  

The person should have experience selling premium products, be able to demonstrate they can build a sales pipeline and have a background (at least 5 years) in selling across the UK.  

This is a sales role but as a small business we will look for candidates who can perform across multiple roles, including possible shifts behind a bar and maybe even bottling some gin.

The role will be based in Castletown, but the person must have flexibility to work in other locations across the island (particularly Ramsey) as well as undertake trips to the UK.
